Welcome to Epicsquare ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Epicsquare provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and email marketing (collectively, the "Services").

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a proposal or making a payment for our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not engage with our Services.

3. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: You agree to provide us with all necessary information, content, and materials required to perform the Services.
Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all work provided by us. Delays in approval may impact the timeline and delivery of the Services.

4. Fees and Payment
Pricing: Our fees for Services are outlined in the proposal provided to you. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the terms outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for Services rendered. However, we will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All materials created by Epicsquare during the course of the Services shall remain the property of Epicsquare until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of all materials will transfer to the Client, except for any third-party elements or software licenses, which will be subject to their respective terms.
Usage Rights: Epicsquare reserves the right to use any materials created for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Termination
Termination by Client: You may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment of all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
Termination by Epicsquare: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you breach any of the Terms or fail to make payments. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability
Epicsquare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Warranties
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the success or results of our Services. Marketing is inherently unpredictable, and results may vary.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
